Rafael showed good improvement in his forehand swing mechanics during today's session. His stance and foot positioning were more stable compared to previous sessions. However, he still needs to work on maintaining a consistent follow-through and keeping his eyes on the ball during fast rallies.
Practice Plan
<p>1. 10-minute warm-up rally with focus on controlled forehand shots<br />
2. Cross-court forehand drill (20 repetitions each side)<br />
3. Footwork ladder drills to improve movement speed<br />
4. Baseline rally practice with emphasis on shot accuracy<br />
